There are LIMITED TICKETS for our Open Air Cinema event which promises to be a magical night of entertainment at the magnificent Promenade Park. The 28 foot screen will be situated against a backdrop of beautiful views across the park and river. This is a fun event where you have freedom to bring your own blankets/chairs and sit picnic style while enjoying the live music and film. Bring a picnic or grab some food and drink from our onsite catering and let the good times roll in an atmosphere and environment that you’ll love. LIVE MUSIC – MATT LINNEN – (7:35 PM) We’re extremely pleased and proud to have Matt Linnen performing for us at Promenade Park. A superb guitarist and awesome vocalist from Essex, Matt has played on stages at V Festival, Hard Rock Calling and on support slots with the likes of We Are Scientists. A natural entertainer, Matt has a great style and rapport with the audience and is a really great guy. He is well known for producing weeks of top quality performances on prime time TV and reached the semis of xFactor mentored by Nicole Scherzinger at the height of its popularity. Although his true passion is to perform on the live stage, his music has been heard on BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio Essex and many others. He’s played a number of times for us at Moonbeamers and we can’t wait to see him back again!
BIG SCREEN KARAOKE – (8:25PM) Continue the singing where the professional left off, wow the audience or maybe just yourself, with your ‘amazing’ voice and show us what you can do! Alternatively just sit, point and have a good laugh! Choose from a collection of Karaoke classics and Movie related songs. Have a drink, have a sing and probably have the ‘P’ taken out of you by the host!
OUTDOOR CINEMA – TOP GUN: MAVERICK – (8:45PM) There’s no better way to watch Top Gun: Maverick than with our high quality headphones against your ears. Immerse yourself in every take off, thrust and and close shave as we join Maverick and take to the skies.

Alcohol sales – We will be practising the Challenge25 policy, if you are lucky enough to look under the age of 25 then please be prepared to show ID to prove that you are over 18. We encourage you to walk to the venue if you can but there will be parking available in the main car park through out the event. (A charge from Maldon District Council applies before 8pm.)
